Different Inspections Available from Building Reports NSW are:

 

Pre-purchase Building Inspection - to identify problem areas that may impact on the value of the property.


Timber Pest Inspection Report - to identify pest related risks within and around the property. We will give you a clear report on the current status as well as previous or likely future problems.


Dilapidation Building Inspection – a condition report or an inspection of the building prior to a neighbouring property having construction work carried out on it.


All reports meet the Australian Standard 4349.1-2007 and are covered by Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.

  • Cracks in walls
  • The Roof Exterior
  • The Roof Void
  • Site Drainage
